Trump can’t block tweets

US President Donald Trump has been told he cannot block Twitter users he does not like from commenting on his tweets.

New York federal judge Naomi Reice Buchwald yesterday ruled it was unconstitutional as it breached free speech.

She said: “While we must recognise the President’s personal First Amendment rights, he cannot exercise those in a way that infringes the rights of those who have criticised him.”
