BBC2, 9pm Taking their seat at the table and looking for big investment this week are the team behind new British restaurant idea Hollings, and the owner of an Italian-inspired fresh pasta stall known as The Cheese Wheel.
Hoping to convince the big-money investors their idea is the one that can go from pop-up to profit, they will each trial their concept for three days at premises in Manchester, where they also have to win over the paying public.
Hollings is the brainchild of ex-Hix Group head chef Ronnie Murray and bar manager James Randall. But, until now, it has only existed on paper.
The pair want £200,000 to open a venue in London’s commuter belt.
