DANES TOLD TO BEWARE SOCCEROOS

DENMARK have been warned not to underestimate Australia in a game which could give them one foot in the last 16.

The Danes got their World Cup campaign off with a 1-0 victory against Peru and will be on the verge of qualifying if they beat the Socceroos.

But head coach Age Hareide (right) has urged caution and focus against a team that he describes as a very organised side.

“We have studied Australia since we got them in the group and they changed their coach to ‘Bert’ Van Marwijk, who Jon (Dahl Tomasson, assistant coach) knows very well,” Hareide said.

“They have become better organised and they looked very strong against France, despite losing to them 2-1.”
