Upskirting champion

Sir Christopher Chope insists he has been “cruelly misunderstood”.

Apparently his reason for sabotaging a bill to make it illegal to take pictures up women’s skirts was “procedural” not pervy.

Sir Christopher (presumably knighted for services to knickers) can defend his behaviour however he wishes.

But why on earth we’re paying the wages of a lawmaker who doesn’t like making laws, is entirely beyond me.
