Can the NHS cope with an ageing population? Is it ready for new technology like internet GPs or artificial intelligence? And most importantly, is the NHS any good?
Marking the 70th anniversary of the institution, this in-depth analysis of the NHS is broadcast as a live event from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
Hosted by Anita Rani and Nick Robinson, and in front of an audience of hospital staff and patients, the idea is to celebrate the service but also investigate the huge challenges it faces.
We have been promised guests ranging from senior consultants to stand-up comedians, with live links around the hospital, as the programmes looks at research, weaknesses, strengths and how the NHS has impacted us.
Presenter Nick, who had cancer treatment for a tumour on his lung, also wants to know how the NHS compares to services in other countries.
And should we be doing more to look after our own health? EXES Helen and Noah
