CHELSEA will not to sell Ruben LoftusCheek this summer after his impressive World Cup displays. Crystal Palace and Everton are watching developments closely but although the Blues – set to make Maurizio Sarri their new boss – may let him go on loan again they clearly believe his long-term future is at Stamford Bridge.
