ENGLAND goalkeeper David James told fans not to worry about the agony of a penalty shoot-out ahead of their World Cup last-16 clash with Germany.

James said: ‘‘I’m confident that penalties won’t be an issue. Why? Because I think we’re a better team than Germany.’’ Penalties were not required – the Germans won 4-1, with Matthew Upson netting for England.
