Emily’s online farewell after cancer death
A CANCER patient has announced her own death via Instagram.
Emily Hayward, who posted regular videos about her battle with the disease, prepared the message to go out to her 18,500 followers.
Part of it read: “After 8 long years of kicking cancer in the ass my body got tired, I achieved everything I wanted to.
“With all my loved ones around me I have now peacefully left you all.”
The personal trainer, 24, from Canterbury, Kent, was first diagnosed with a malignant melanoma.
In March, she was told it had spread to her brain.
She married partner Aisha Hasan, 26, in April and her final farewell at 5pm on Tuesday included a photo from the wedding.
