KYLE EDMUND and Cameron Norrie crashed out of the Nature Valley International on a bad day for British tennis.

World No.18 Edmund (right) went down 7-5 3-6 6-1 to world No.90 Mikhail Kukushkin of Kazakhstan in Eastbourne.

And British No.2 Cameron Norrie lost 6-3 6-4 to Lukas Lacko of Slovakia to end home interest in the singles.
