HORNETS’ LOW BLOW STINGS BEN

- EXCLUSIVE BY DARREN LEWIS

WEST BROM are furious with Watford for unsettling keeper Ben Foster after making a bid of just £1million for him. The Baggies value the former England keeper, 35, at around £10-12m and are angry that Watford have demeaned him with such a low bid. Foster (left) is wanted by the Hornets, who are seeking to move Costel Pantilimon on to either Nottingham Forest or Aston Villa to make space for him. Both Foster – who had loan spells with Watford from 2005 to 2007 – and team-mate Craig Dawson have been fined two weeks’ wages after they refused to fly out on Tuesday for West Brom’s pre-season training camp in Portugal.
