I feel so sorry for the lady in ill health who’s being bullied and emotionally abused by her sister after turning to her for some help at home and to drive her to medical appointments (Dear Coleen, June 28).

My sister is a volunteer driver for a charity that arranges free transport to hospital and doctor appointments for those unable to make their own way to them. Also, I don’t know how old your reader is, but Age UK will provide a volunteer to hoover round her flat once a week and also do a bit of shopping for her.

This lady does not need to put up with this stress.
