Jez will be victorious

I cannot disagree more with Steve Goulding’s assertion that Labour cannot win the next general election with a left-wing leader (Your Voice, July 3).

Jeremy Corbyn is winning back millions of voters who deserted Tory-lite New Labour, with a common-sense socialist agenda. The Tories would definitely win a landslide if the so-called Labour moderates succeed in their desire to oust Mr Corbyn and replaced him with the likes of Chuka Umunna or Liz Kendall.
