TITTER ye not but Simon Cowell is the spit of late comedian Frankie Howerd as he gurns for the camera. The X-Factor supremo, 58, looked as if he had had a fright while out with Lauren Silverman at his Syco Summer Party at London’s Victoria & Albert Museum on Monday.
