Hedge fund Oasis Management, which is calling for Premier Foods boss Gavin Darby to go, has increased its stake in the Mr Kipling firm ahead of a crunch vote. It has upped its holding in Premier from 9.09% to 17.3%, giving it more power ahead of the firm’s AGM next week.
