Long-term suitors Spurs are unwilling to meet Crystal Palace’s valuation of Zaha but are ready to offer a player, possibly Moussa Sissoko, to try to bring the headline fee down.
Everton are ready to give Palace the chance to re-sign former Selhurst Park favourite Yannick Bolasie, who they value at around £15m.
Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund are also lining up a big-money bid for the Ivory Coast international but West Ham are understood to have baulked at Palace’s valuation.
Zaha is keen to move on but still has four years left on the £100,000-per-week deal he signed last summer.
The 25-year-old wide-man has turned down Palace’s offer to make him their highest earner on £125k a week and talks have been shelved.
