CRACKING the James Bond saga after director Danny Boyle quit is like a 007 mission in itself.

I’m told producer 58, wants to keep the finale open-ended in a bid Daniel Craig, to entice 50, back for another instalment of the hit franchise.
Bond 25 is now expected to end with viewers not knowing if the spy is alive or not.
And I’m told the cliffhanger will be Ian Fleming’s inspired by novel From Russia With Love where Bond is poisoned by a Russian agent.
My source reveals: “Daniel now has a huge role on the film along with Barbara, and she doesn’t want to kill his character off completely.
“She thinks Daniel could be encouraged to come back for another film. And since Danny quit as director, Barbara has taken on a new motto: When in doubt, go back to the original Fleming material. “So that is what they are doing now after the chaos.” Director Danny Boyle, 61, quit the franchise earlier this month in a row over killing off the spy. Daniel – who once said he would “rather slash my wrists” than return as Bond – and producer Barbara are believed to have wanted Bond to die in a “spectacular finale”, according to sources. But Oscar-winner Boyle, 61, refused to kill off the secret agent, labelling the idea “ridiculous”. I bet he’s wishing he hadn’t resigned so quickly now...
