Advertising giant WPP hailed its first quarter of sales growth for over a year.
New boss Mark Read said revenues for the first half of the year rose 2.1% with the second quarter performing particularly strongly. Pre-tax profits for the period climbed 8.6% to £846million. He said it was due to clients including T Mobile, which hosts stars such as singer Justin Timberlake at its Las Vegas arena.
