2,000 cafe jobs at risk

MORE than 2,000 jobs are at risk at cafe chain Patisserie Valerie.

It could collapse into administration as soon as this morning if a rescuer is not found.

The firm, with over 200 cafes, was hit this week by an accounting scandal and owes HMRC £1.1million.

Clothing chain Coast has also gone into administration, putting 330 jobs at risk.
