Roast Beef Yorkshire Pudding

The giant Yorkie was piled high with five generous slices of meat and potato cubes. The meat was tender and tasty and the potatoes cooked well – crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The rich gravy added depth but the Yorkie suffered from a soggy bottom as the gravy overflowed on one side. It could have done with some colour from peas or carrots to lift it as it looked a bit drab.
