It was literally unwrap, cook and serve. Everything cooked really well, a slightly crispy Yorkshire pudding, tasty succulent meat, and thick gravy with a nice herby hint. The roast potatoes came out with crispy tops and fluffy insides. It just needed a bit more meat, some vegetables and a ball of stuffing to make it complete.
