Charles coin for his 70th
THE Royal Mint will mark the Prince of Wales’s 70th birthday with a special commemorative £5 coin.
The coins feature an engraved side profile portrait of Charles, who is 70 on November 14, by Robert Elderton.
Mr Elderton’s previous coins include the 40th anniversary of the Queen’s coronation in 1993.
The Royal Mint said: “It is an honour to mark such a significant birthday for the Prince of Wales.”
