Happy tail as dog lifts OAPs
A RESCUE dog has been appointed a care home’s canine relations manager.
Sinbad’s role involves keeping residents cheerful and calming those suffering from dementia.
Manager Katy Hughes spotted Sinbad at a rescue centre and he got the job after a vote at the home in Mildenhall, Suffolk.
Katy said: “He is so friendly and we know just how beneficial animal therapy can be for older people. Sinbad is brilliant at lifting a person’s mood.”
