FLAKING NEWS Cereal box WHEN a woman discovered a giant bran flake in her bowl one morning, she wanted to milk the find for all it was worth.

Zoo worker Emma Baker, 28, hoped the 12cm-long beast was a world record contender, but it lost to a 14cm one from 2017.

Emma, of Farnham, Surrey, said of Tesco’s flake: “I couldn’t believe how big it was. I picked it out and ate it like a crisp.”
