Keep a box of tissues close by as there’s lots of heartbreak tonight. Chas struggles to cope when Paddy suggests they get on with the arrangements for Grace’s funeral. Will she manage to be involved?
Meanwhile, Debbie breaks down as Sarah is wheeled out for her operation, fearing she will never see her daughter again.
Elsewhere, in slightly more lighthearted news, Victoria breaks into the haulage office and starts rifling through the drawers.

Nick is back in town, and not everyone is happy about it – least of all Peter. David is still angry, complaining that Nick was not around when he needed him. At least Gail is delighted, although that doesn’t stop her having a go at Nick for neglecting his family.
Meanwhile, the police question Ali about being at the scene of Cormac’s death and the crash involving Ronan. And Liz gets dolled up and puts on a brave face at the Rovers.

It’s all change for Hayley, who struggles with becoming a new mum and dealing with endless questions about the dad. She’s even more overwhelmed when Jean produces a massive list of things she needs to buy.
Ruby has been receiving nasty comments online, which sends Stacey into a fury. And Martin has some new information on what happened that night, which sparks Stacey to quiz Ruby about what exactly took place to be certain she’s absolutely sure.
