Meghan’s tot what it takes

WITH a fond gaze and a warm smile, Prince Harry and wife Meghan watch little Ruby Carroll toddle around an Australian farm, and show they are ready for parenthood.
The couple even arrived at Mountain View farm, 250 miles west of Sydney, with a banana cake baked by Meghan the night before.
It is another sign that Meghan, 37, can’t wait for the spring, when she will become a mother herself.
SHOWER POWER In the park She spoke to Emily Carroll, the mum of 13-month-old Ruby, about her pregnancy. Emily, 33, said: “Meghan told me she’s feeling pretty good so far, which is great, and that she’s running on adrenaline. “They both had a tickle with Ruby. They are both great with kids.” Harry, 34, and Meghan were visiting the Woodley family, who have been farming Mountain View for five generations, to learn about the area’s devastating drought.
And as if by magic, or royal command, when the royals arrived in the nearby city of Dubbo, where 15,000 people turned out in the park to see them, it poured with rain.
Meghan held a brolly over Harry’s head as he gave his speech, describing the
torrential rain as “a gift”, to huge cheers. The gift Meghan took for the Woodleys was baked by herself at the Australian Governor General’s house in Sydney.
Benita Woodley, 20, said: “She said if you go to someone’s house you always bring something – so she did.”
On the second day of their tour, Harry and Meghan were welcomed at Dubbo airport by 150 excited, flag-waving children. Cheeky Luke Vincent, five, rushed up to Meghan for a cuddle and after a big hug then turned to Harry to stroke his beard.
Luke’s school principal Anne Van Dartel said: “Luke’s favourite person in the world is Santa Claus. So he rubbed Harry’s beard. It’s been a wonderful experience for these little country kids to meet them.”
