Chilwell’s got rivals in a sweat

CLAUDE PUEL says star pupil Ben Chilwell is ready to shake up the England pecking order.

Leicester’s 21-year-old left-back made his full international debut in Croatia before an impressive display in the superb 3-2 win over Spain.

Now Foxes boss Puel, preparing to unleash Chilwell at Arsenal on Monday night, is confident he can compete with Luke Shaw and Danny Rose for the England No.3 shirt.

He said: “Ben can become a valuable player for the national team.

“He can compete with the other players with more experience, but for a player of 21 it is impressive to see how he has done.

“He is a complete player who can defend and attack well, and repeat the effort.”
