Let's go smoke-free together

-

If you’re a smoker, you may recognise the name Philip Morris. We’re known for cigarettes.

So you may be surprised that we’re behind Hold My Light – a campaign to help you give them up.

Why? Because we want to give up cigarettes too. Our ambition is to stop selling cigarettes in the UK and replace them with better alternatives.

We’re determined to help make that happen. Here’s the plan.

Today, there are 7.4 million adults in the UK who smoke. The best action they can take is to quit smoking and nicotine use altogether.

Many will succeed in quitting. But others will continue to smoke. That’s why we want to replace cigarettes with products such as e-cigarettes and heated tobacco that are a better choice than continuing to smoke.

If you smoke, our Hold My Light campaign could help you to go smoke-free, with support from your friends and family.

If you want to help a smoker to give up – perhaps a friend or a family member – then Hold My Light gives you a great opportunity to do that too.

So it’s good news for smokers who want to give up cigarettes and for those who care about them.

It’s just as important to us. We believe Hold My Light will bring forward the day when our company gives up selling cigarettes for good and we achieve our own smoke-free future.
