Yoga is good for our body and soul
I keep saying...
Yoga works your whole body and can help you build core strength and flexibility. It may help to strengthen muscles that don’t get much attention during other body workouts, such as your lower back.
The exercise takes your joints and tissue that surrounds them through a full range of movement. This may help improve the flow of oxygen-rich blood to these parts of your body. In addition to building strength and flexibility, yoga stimulates your internal organs, glands and nerves. It also aims to help you relax and concentrate on your breathing. It does this by balancing your autonomic nervous system which, as its name implies, works automatically and helps regulate key body processes such as your rate of breathing and blood pressure.
