Play-Doh millennials’ top toy

PLAY-DOH and My Little Pony were the most popular toys with millennials until they were seven years old, a survey says.

Among eight to 10s, Lego was favourite with Game Boy second, and playground crazes such as Tamagotchis, Pokemon cards and Pogs also made the top 10, the Argos study of people aged 22 to 37 found.

From ages 11 to 14 Game Boy leapfrogged Lego, with Xbox and Nintendo Wii also big hits. Argos said computer games “changed the way children play”.
