Sister: ‘Meg lied about her college fees’

THE Duchess of Sussex talked about the importance of access to education for all while giving her first speech on the royal tour.

At the University of the South Pacific in Fiji, Meghan revealed how she struggled to afford college fees, but told of “the pride that comes with attending university”.

However, Meghan’s half-sister, Samantha

Markle, later branded her a “liar”, saying the duchess was “delusionally absurd” and their father Thomas Markle paid for her tuition.

Other family members have backed up the claims Mr Markle, 74, funded her schooling with a £580,000 lottery win, saying Meghan turned down scholarships to attend her favoured Northwestern University in Chicago.
