I’m racist, Adolf’s dad tells jury
A DAD accused of membership of a banned far-right group admitted in court he is racist.
Adam Thomas, 22, told a jury his stepdad shaved his head at five, introducing him to racist views and “admiration” for Hitler. This resulted in him calling his own son Adolf.
He was excluded from school in his early teens for his racist ideas and sent by the Government Prevent scheme to see a Holocaust survivor in a bid to change his views.
Thomas and partner Claudia Patatas, 38, of Banbury, Oxon, deny membership of banned National Action. The trial at Birmingham crown court continues.
