Boys’ badger rescue hailed
SHAFT Badger was trapped THREE schoolboys won praise from the RSPCA for saving the life of a badger stuck in a 20ft shaft.
Brothers Elias and Idris Baker, 11, and their pal Aaron lowered a boiled egg and water and got help.
They found the badger at a farm in Falmer, East Sussex last Wednesday.
Their parents called the RSPCA who then got the badger out with a net.
The RSPCA’s Liz Wheeler said: “The three boys did an amazing job.”
