HERE’S THE GRIFF

Vauxhall is producing a limited edition of the Corsa to mark the small car’s 25th birthday. That’s frightening because I remember the Corsa replacing the Nova, as I’m sure lots of you will. Anyway, the new model is called the Griffin and costs from a reasonable £11,695. Three or five door versions are available with either a 75bhp or 90bhp 1.4-litre petrol engine.

The cars come with unique Griffin wing badges, similarly branded floor mats and a generous level of standard equipment.
