Six years as worst hotels

BRITANNIA has been named the worst hotel chain in the UK for the sixth year on the trot.

Guests slammed rooms as “shabby and outdated”, scoring it 35 out of 100 in a Which? poll. Premier Inn came top with 79 points.

Britannia Hotels declined to comment.
