RAFFLE TV’s Mr Motivator NINETIES fitness guru Mr Motivator is raffling his £1.8million health resort in Jamaica at £23 a ticket.

The 65-year-old, real name Derrick Evans, got the 28-acre site in 2003.

He said: “It’s an amazing opportunity. I’ve had people in contact to check it’s really me, not a scam.”

The ex-breakfast TV star is returning to the UK to be near daughter Abigail after her diabetes diagnosis.

The raffle winner, drawn January 14, gets a six-bed house, a seven-bed apartment block and zip wire and paintball zones.
