Harry on Bondi Beach during the royal tour

ITV, 9pm

SIX months on from their wedding at Windsor Castle, Prince Harry and Meghan have already whizzed around four countries on their first royal tour.

Across Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand, they have stroked koalas, welly-wanged, partied with locals and shaken a thousand hands.

And their fans have been utterly hooked by the royal tour daily updates.

From the Invictus Games in Sydney and a dedication ceremony for forests in Queensland, to yacht rides, beach gatherings and meeting kiwi chicks, this was a jam-packed 16-day schedule.

There were occasional tense moments. There was that mad dash from a market in Fiji, with Meghan scrambled into a car after just seven minutes. It was claimed she wasn’t safe, but the locals weren’t impressed.

In more fun moments, a child took a liking to Harry’s beard, wellies were flung and baby gifts were handed out left, right and centre.

We also had over two weeks to marvel at Meghan’s endless catwalk of outfits and scrutinise any emerging baby bump.

Well now it’s all over, but while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex unpack their suitcases and put their feet up, we get to relive it all again through this special documentary.

ITV’s Royal Editor Chris Ship followed the couple across the South Pacific and he brings us an in-depth review of the tour.

Kicking off with the Invictus Games, the programme also promises a look at issues highlighted by the trip which lie close to the couple’s hearts.

Didn’t they do well...
