Ange & Brad take custody fight to court

SPLIT Angelina and Brad ANGELINA Jolie and Brad Pitt will take their vicious battle over the custody of their six children to court next month.

Jolie, 43, is said to want sole custody of Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and 10-year-old Vivienne while Pitt, 54, would like a 50/50 joint arrangement.

A trial judge will rule on the case on December 4, according to Los Angeles court documents.

The actors, who did not have a prenuptial agreement, also asked to be given until June to work out their split with the help of a retired private judge.

They met on the 2005 film Mr & Mrs Smith and married in 2014. Jolie filed for divorce in 2016, citing irreconcilable differences.
