NO-SHOW Ant McPartlin ANT McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong could return to court in the coming weeks in a bid to finalise their divorce – with friends and family there for support.

He was slammed by a judge for not appearing in person at the High Court in London on Monday.

The TV star, 42, was said to have been shocked as he had been advised he did not need to be there.

The couple are likely to return for further talks over a settlement – believed to be around £30million for makeup artist Lisa, 42.

A source said: “They could be back in days. Ant has agreed Lisa is going to get half of everything.”

The divorce may not be finalised until next year – with custody of pet dog Hurley a stumbling block. Freddie Flintoff, Joe Rowlands and TV’s Paddy McGuinness STARS who presented Pride of Britain Awards to our winners have spoken of their awe at their humbling achievements.

The awards, shown on ITV last night, showcase the inspiring work of the country’s unsung heroes.

X Factor judge Ayda Field gave the Child of Courage award to Ella Chadwick, who has helped many children despite having rare disease congenital nephrotic syndrome.

Ayda said the 11-year-old had touched her and husband Robbie Williams, adding: “To see Ella so strong, sweet, selfless and cheeky, is so uplifting.

“It’s good for the soul to hear such stories and meet special people like Ella.”

Ella was a star of the Daily Mirror’s Pride of Britain Awards, in partnership with TSB. Ayda said:

“My son has had health problems. Nothing as serious as Ella’s, but when your child is ill you feel so vulnerable, so powerless. Nothing else in the world matters until they’re well again. I really felt all Ella’s mum’s worry and pain.” TV’s Paddy McGuinness was moved by Teenager of Courage Joe Rowlands. Then aged just 13, Joe saved his dad Paul’s life when their kayak capsized off North Wales. Paddy, who presented his award with ex-cricketer Freddie Flintoff, said: “Me and Freddie are both dads. Proud dads look after their sons. No one expected the tables to turn the way they did. He’s a superhero.” Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn was similarly

Jeremy Corbyn and Max Johnson awed by heart transplant patient Max Johnson, 10. Instrumental in changing organ donation law, he also got a Child of Courage award at Grosvenor House hotel in London.

Mr Corbyn said: “Max has an incredible ability to reach out to people. He saw the trauma of others and started this campaign so others could live. Max changed the law by his own determination and efforts.”

Good Morning Britain’s Susanna Reid said Young Fundraiser Edward Mills is “an inspiration to his family, as well as the rest of the country”.

Aged only eight, he raised £35,000 for a cancer charity by scaling Orkney’s 449ft Old Man of Hoy rock stack for his terminally ill mum. Strictly judge Craig Revel Horwood summed up the mood of the evening.

He gave the TSB Community Partner award to Icolyn Smith for her three-decade commitment to Oxford Community Soup Kitchen.

He said: “The little people who do big incredible work of this nature really deserve Pride of Britain Awards.” JEREMY CORBYN ON LAD’S DONOR CAMPAIGN
