I’m in the process of setting up my own business but I’m struggling to keep on top of it all.

I seem to be working non-stop but still not getting everything done. Any tips? Sharon, by email

Stop and take stock of where you are. You need to do a list of tasks and prioritise what needs doing first. Make sure you take regular breaks to clear your head. You will be much more productive if you switch off now and again before coming back to it refreshed.

Don’t be afraid to ask friends and family for a helping hand with areas they have more expertise in.
