VIEW Hogan Lovells office A TOP lawyer was spotted watching porn at his desk by a rival looking out of an office across the street.
Staff at Irwin Mitchell filmed the porn-watching and sent it to bosses at Hogan Lovells, where the man is a partner.
He is now suspended but has not being named.
The firms’ offices are on opposite sides of a narrow street in Central London.
Hogan Lovells told legal website RollonFriday: “We were made aware of an individual in our office misusing their computer to watch adult material.
“Such behaviour is unacceptable and we have suspended them pending an internal investigation.”

A palace source said: “The Duchess has made regular private visits to the kitchen and to the women of Hubb and will continue to do so.
“She has said how moved she has been by their courage and togetherness, and hopes by working together and collaborating on projects like the book they can find strength moving forward.”
Another source close to Meghan said: “Meghan has promised she will not let the survivors be forgotten. The book was just an example of the way she is using her platform for good and we are definitely going to see more of this.
“Behind closed doors, she has taken it to heart and sees it as her personal duty to help the survivors after being so deeply moved by their stories.
“She has promised to stand by them for as long as it takes.”

“She enjoys being with the women, seeing the women’s skills, their abilities and their talents coming forward. It just feels very supportive, very real.”
