MPs warn US not to let in EDL Tommy

BANNED Tommy Robinson TOMMY Robinson should remain banned from the US to stop him raising funds by preaching hate, MPs warned yesterday.

A cross-party group of 55 parliamentarians wrote to American Secretary of State Mike Pompeo urging him to keep a bar on the English Defence League founder – real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon – entering the US.

Robinson, 35, is banned from travelling there after a 2012 conviction but MPs told of “grave concern” the American government may now grant a waiver.
