Two brothers charged after crash killed 4

HELD Elliot & Declan Bower TWO brothers have been charged over a car crash which left four dead, including a one-year-old boy.

Elliot Bower, 18, is accused of death by dangerous driving after a people carrier was hit by a VW Golf chased by police.

He appeared before magistrates yesterday with brother Declan, 23, who faces vehicle theft charges.

Adnan Ashraf Jarral, 35, was driving the VW Touran and died with his young son Usman Adnan Jarral near their home in Sheffield on Friday night.

Vlasta Dunova, 41, and Miroslav Duna, 50, also died and a three-year-old girl is critical in hospital.

Elliott Bower waved to his family as the pair were remanded in custody to appear at Sheffield crown court on December 10.
