Princess Di’s rock musical ‘frenzy’ vow

- BY KELLY ALLEN

THE new rock musical about Princess Diana will send audiences into a “frenzy” thanks to its Bon Jovi songs, the writer says.

David Bryan, 56, the Bon Jovi keyboard player, has written the “emotional” musical, which opens in California next year.

It features Diana, played by Jeanna de Waal, 30, singing with AIDS patients and learning Charles had cheated with Camilla.

David, 56, said: “Diana is a rock ’n’ roll star. Everyone is going to love it. The royals and all other people.”

He will be back doing his day job on Bon Jovi’s This House Is Not For Sale Tour, which comes to the UK next summer, playing Wembley Stadium.
