Exorcist doc sued by mum

A DOCTOR traumatised a depressed mum by telling her she was possessed by demons and taking her to an exorcism, a court heard.

Sally Brayshaw, 54, also feared owls after Dr Thomas O’Brien’s five months of “healing without medication”.

The ex police special constable is suing Apsley Surgery in Stoke, where he was a locum, for £50,000.

The surgery says they had not employed O’Brien, who was struck off in 2015.

The hearing at the High Court continues.
