Stricken F1 ace Schuey ‘a fighter who will never give up’ says wife

THE wife of Formula One legend Michael Schumacher described him as a “fighter” in a never-seen-before letter.

Corinna Schumacher, 49, married to the driving legend for 23 years, adds in the heartfelt note he “will not give up” .

The German driver, also 49, hit his head skiing in the Alps in 2013 and spent six months in a coma. It INJURED Michael Schumacher is understood he now receives round-theclock care from a team of medics. Corinna sent the letter to German musician Sascha Herchenbach after he composed a song for Schumacher called Born To Fight, and sent her a CD in 2014.

Sascha told German mag Bunte: “She wrote she was very thankful for the gift and it helped her and her family over this difficult time.”
