20yrs living on ice-cream

A WOMAN who ate only ice-cream and sausages for 20 years has finally been cured of her aversion to fruit and vegetables.

Courtney Baxter, 21, has battled selective eating disorder which made her physically sick just looking at greens and fruit.

But after a hypnotherapy session the teaching assistant can try new foods.

Now Courtney, of Market Rasen, Lincs, plans eat out with fiance Jared.

She said: “Me and my partner of seven years have never been on a date.”
