PREMIER LEAGUE chiefs are outraged at an incredible plan to give Richard Scudamore a £5million golden handshake.

Chelsea chairman Bruce Buck proposed the idea for all of the 20 clubs to donate £250,000 each as a farewell gift to the outgoing Premier League chief executive

(right). But the idea has caused a major backlash, with some clubs concerned about the reaction from fans, and it will be voted on at the next Premier League meeting tomorrow.
