Macca nearly a Marvel hero
Baby Ayana claps Grumpy pose by dad SIR Paul McCartney has revealed comic book legend Stan Lee once planned to make him “a guitar-wielding superhero”.
McCartney said he met Marvel creator Lee, who died on Monday at 95.
He added: “Stan was suggesting making a superhero who wielded a Hofner bass guitar.”
Sir Paul said they discussed giving the guitar superpowers.
He said: “Becoming a superhero in one of his comics was appealing.”
