Soar to work with jet pack

-

WORKERS are commuting using £8,000 jet-packs strapped to their backs.

Engineering firm Gilo Industries loans its 15 employees money to buy the paramotors it makes.

Users control the 45mph helicopter-like machines using a throttle cable.

They have a range of 150 miles, can fly at 3,000ft and do not need a permit.

Tom Prideaux-Brune, boss of the firm in Semley, Dorset, said: “Our staff arrive at work full of drive.”
