If you have facial hair in serious need of some taming, Wahl’s new beard trimmer could be just the thing.

The Aqua Blade features a precision ground T-blade alongside 12 attachment combs, meaning users can choose how long our short they’d like their beard to be.

And if you prefer the more clean-cut look, you’ll be happy to hear that the Aqua Blade cuts 60% closer than standard trimmers, so it won’t cause irritation.

I was unable to test the trimmer myself – see picture above! – but put it to work on my boyfriend, Sam, who has a fairly bushy beard.

The trimmer was easy to use, and Sam described it as “like giving your beard a daily haircut”.

The slight downside is that you need to change the comb. It would be handier to have one trimmer comb that could be adjusted in length.
